One of the first tasks I was given upon joining Prodevs was to redesign the visual and user experience of travel test global.

The goal of this product was to make it easy for users to locate a testing centre near them during their course of travel, and simplify its processes and requirements.

Travel Tests Global is your go-to platform for making informed decisions when it comes to selecting the right tests for your travel needs. It’s fundamental mission revolves around providing travelers with the clarity and guidance necessary for seamless travel testing. At present, offering an extensive directory of COVID-19 test providers who specialize in simplifying the testing process.

Through strategic partnerships, Travel Tests Global goes above and beyond to simplify a crucial aspect of your travel experience—booking and making payments for COVID-19 Travel Tests, keeping its users well-informed about travel requirements and providing access to trusted test providers in the destination country, ensuring the journey is hassle-free.

One of the standout contributions I made to this product involved creating visual representations of COVID-19 test kits, vividly illustrating the various test types and the appearance of the actual kits used. This innovative approach aimed to empower users with a clear understanding of the tests they needed and the exact appearance of the associated testing kits, ensuring a seamless and informed testing experience.

This endeavor marked my first experience in crafting illustrations using Figma, and it was immensely rewarding to visually simplify complex information, making it more accessible and understandable to our users.

With a relentless focus on enhancing the user experience, remarkable results in terms of increased user interaction and retention was achieved.

Our endeavors to enhance user interaction and retention have proven successful. These improvements have fostered greater engagement, reduced churn, and garnered positive user feedback.

One of the most valuable lessons I personally gleaned from this project was the profound impact of visuals on user retention. This underscores the critical importance of visual elements in ensuring a lasting and positive user experience.
